"ActiveFloor’s gaming system satisfies students at all levels. I’m able to implement the interactive learning games with those having special needs also, (from non-verbal and severe autism to wheelchair users). Whether it’s our learning games, sensory games or an activity like soccer to encourage good behaviour, all of my 750 students are able to participate in one way or another."

"Upon entering the ‘Reset Room’ at St Brendan’s, there is an immediate feeling of calm. Developed using the state government’s ‘Wellbeing Boost,’ this space provides a quiet, safe haven for students needing support with regulating feelings and emotions. The sensory space, with its bubble tube, interactive panel, bean bag, and weighted blanket, has been transformative. One of the standout features is the sensory panel with its handheld microphone, which helps teach students to breathe slowly and deeply. They can watch the lights fill the panel with each breath while listening to soothing music. Observing students transform from a heightened state to a calm demeanour, using the equipment to regulate their feelings and emotions either independently or with staff support, has greatly enhanced their concentration and overall well-being."

"Our students absolutely love this space, and it is used frequently in our school. I only wish I had paid for and organised this earlier!"

"At our ward, a lot of things that kids don’t particularly like happen. Maybe they have to have a shot. They are staying at a place far away from their playmates, and maybe mum and dad are upset. That’s why this interactive floor means so much to our ward. It creates good experiences and breaks that the children in here can look forward to."

"I HATED maths when I went to public school… I don’t think that maths always has to be traditional and ‘boring’. Maths can be about anything: cars, horses and animals – in the end, the equation is the same…The great thing about ActiveFloor is that everybody gets a chance to show that they are good at something. Some are good at solving equations, others have a great memory, and everyone (especially boys) loves to compete."

“ActiveFloor’s interactive learning system is meant for a classroom full of can’t-sit-still-and-want-to-play-now youngsters, who learn and play together. Those who eagerly wait for their turns will watch closely and intently to help answer questions and cheer on their classmates. Kids who may be typically shy or withdrawn are now being picked first for teams because of their memorisation and concentration skills.”
