Backorders
Unfortunately, some items may be temporarily out of stock. All backorders will be shipped out as soon as the goods are available.
Damages, Claims & Returns
Please inspect all goods upon delivery. For any damage caused during transit, please contact us on info@sensotec.com.au. Any damage caused by negligence will not qualify for a refund/return. Approved returned goods must be received by Sensotec complete and in original packaging and condition in which they were delivered to you. Sensotec reserves the right to charge shipping and re-stocking fees for any items being returned. Custom-made, made-to-order items and assembled furniture cannot generally be returned for this reason.
Delivery
We aim to ensure that domestic orders (for items in stock) are dispatched within 3-5 business days and delivery will take place between 2-7 business days from dispatch.
Product Warranty
Warranty for defects in manufacturing quality is the warranty issued by the products’ respective manufacturer.
Product Liability
Any products sold to you are sold on the basis that no warranty is given by us as to the quality or fitness for the purpose of the product other than warranties that are implied by law which cannot be excluded or modified. You acknowledge that you have satisfied yourself that the product is suitable for your intended use, and you agree that you have read and understood and will comply with all conditions of use of the products and in particular, will ensure that any use of the product will be properly supervised. Any product sold to you will be subject to our Terms & Conditions.
